You can request deletion of your account and associated operational data at any time. Below is how the process works and how to contact us.

Overview

Katek respects your right to control your data. If you would like your account and the operational data associated with it removed from our platform, you can request deletion by emailing our team. Requests are reviewed and processed in line with platform policies, applicable law, and any operational requirements that apply to your account.

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Katek account.

Step 02

Verification

We’ll verify the request to ensure it’s coming from the rightful account holder and confirm what should be deleted.

Step 03

Processing

Once verified, we’ll process the deletion in line with platform policies and confirm completion via email.

What gets deleted

  • Your Katek account and authentication information
  • Profile information you submitted to the platform
  • Operational data associated with your account, such as workflows, configurations, and stored content
  • Session tokens and identifiers tied to your account

What we may retain

We may retain limited information when required by law, for security and fraud prevention, or to enforce our agreements. Where possible, retained data is minimized and access is restricted.
